VALLÉE DES BAUX DE PROVENCE"

• A specific quality label since 1997

• Three appellations of controlled origin (A.O.C.) were attributed to "Vallée des
Baux de Provence" : one for olive oil, one for cracked olives and one for black olives

 • the characteristic flavors of olive oils from Vallée des Baux de Provence come from the
association of 5 olive varieties growing in a unique soil (the Salonenque, the Grossane, the Béruguette or Aglandau, the Verdale des Bouches du Rhône and the Picholine).
