 WORKING IN THE MILL

 The Olive Oil is the only One Oil made with a pure Fruit Juice. The different Steps to get Olive Oil  from Olives have been the same since so many centuries.
 The Mill Jean-Marie CORNILLE is a great specialist in "Black taste" Olive Oil  Production with ripe olives. Five steps are necessary to make this kind of Olive Oil :

• End of October, storing Olives without Air During 2 or 3 days to mature them
• Crushing Olives with Cores, then malaxing to get an homogeneous paste
• Pressing or Extracting Liquid part from Paste
• Separating Oil and Water 
• Conserving after decantation, tasting and making assemblies
