Delivery International Carrier

We are working with international carrier La Poste which is the main public French mail service.

If ordered product is not available (no stocks), Moulin-Cornille.com will send you e-mail to tell you about (waiting delivery delay or product replacement).

If nobody is here when the delivery arrives, a delivery note will be put in your letterbox. You will have to get it on nearest Mail Service Agency. When delivery arrives, please verify if packaging is spoiled or if any product is missing, in front of Delivery Man : If you get delivery troubles, please notice them on special delivery notice papers which must be given to you.With this notice paper, we will be able to send you again the package (free delivery)


Guarantees and Back Delivery Services

If you are not satisfied with the ordered products, The Mill Jean-Marie Cornille can refund your order, or exchange products, in the 7 following days after delivery, only if product is unpacked. The Back Delivery Service will be free of charge only if our products are faulty.
