 |
• Virgin Olive Oil Black Fruity "A.O.P. Vallée des Baux de Provence" Black Taste/Ripe olives : the flavors of black olives (ripe olives), underwood, cocoa, old bread, cooked artichoke... the ardence (prickly sensation) is very light when oil has been just extracted, then it disappears after several months. |
• Virgin Olive Oil Black Fruity "Cuvée Traditionnelle Jean-Marie Cornille" Black Taste : the flavors are those of black olives (ripe olives), underwood, cocoa, old bread, cooked artichoke... the ardence (prickly sensation) is very light when oil has been just extracted, then it disappears after several months. Sometimes, the bitterness of olive oil is more important if we use a larger proportion of Picholines olives compared to the A.O.C. olive mixing.
